Our restored 150-year-old barn provides a timeless setting for weddings with mountain views and modern amenities. The climate-controlled space accommodates up to 150 seated guests or 300 for dancing, featuring natural light, contemporary bathrooms, and a rustic-elegant aesthetic. The venue includes ceremony sites at the peninsula, hilltop, or barn, with access to the 10-acre spring-fed lake and pastoral landscapes.
Corporate Retreats
Big Spring Farm offers an inspiring setting for corporate retreats with capacity for up to 250 attendees. The venue features modern AV equipment, event coordination, and team-building activities like hikes and bonfires. Our working farm environment promotes connection and productivity in a natural setting with convenient access to Lexington's amenities.
Onsite Lodging
Our luxury accommodations include the Midland House (sleeping 10) and four cottages (sleeping 4 each). These properties feature modern kitchens, comfortable bedding, and scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located minutes from the event spaces, they provide convenient lodging for wedding parties and event guests.
Event Coordination
We provide comprehensive event coordination including setup, tear-down, and management of tables, chairs, and decor. Our team handles logistics from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless execution of ceremonies, receptions, and special events with personalized attention to detail.
