Our Story

Hi! We are Butch and Robin, the proud owners of Knoxville Ranch. Our love story stretches across 31 wonderful years, and we've been blessed with two incredible children, Seth and Seana. Seth, a graduate of The University of Mary Hardin Baylor, shares a passion for creativity as a partner at Boulder Designs and Border Magic of McLennan County. He's also deeply involved in training and manufacturing at the corporate office. Seth and his wife Jennifer have created a beautiful family, welcoming a spirited 4-year-old son, Knox (the inspiration behind Knoxville Ranch!), and a sweet baby girl named Kollyns who just celebrated her first birthday. Seana, our daughter, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Tarleton State University and now dedicates her talents to the Stepdown ICU at Baylor Scott and White.

The origins of Knoxville Ranch are a story we love to tell. Imagine us standing on this very land, envisioning our dream home. We realized we didn't want to be miles away from our beloved grandson, Knox. A lightbulb moment sparked in Robin's mind - "Why don't we create a wedding venue?"

Fueled by this inspiration, we embarked on a whirlwind journey. We poured our hearts and souls into designing and constructing this space, meticulously crafting every detail. Finally, in May 2018, we opened the doors to Knoxville Ranch, eager to share our vision with the world. Since then, we've had the incredible privilege of hosting dozens of weddings and events, each one a unique tapestry woven with love, joy, and cherished memories.

Our Venues

Knoxville Ranch offers an idyllic blend of rustic elegance, catering to diverse wedding styles and corporate gatherings.

Knox Hall: This magnificent hall, spanning 5,000 square feet, exudes timeless charm. Sparkling chandeliers illuminate the space, while a neutral color palette provides a stunning backdrop for any theme. Knox Hall boasts a spacious bar area perfect for entertaining guests, along with a fully equipped commercial kitchen for your culinary needs.

Kollyns Ballroom: This grand ballroom crowns Knoxville Ranch, overseeing 10,000 square feet of breathtaking elegance. Fifteen dazzling 90-inch crystal chandeliers bathe the space in opulent radiance, while an oversized, rustic fireplace adds a touch of warmth and grandeur.

Bridal Suite: Every bride deserves a moment of serenity and luxury. Our 2,500 sq ft bridal suite is a sanctuary of beauty and comfort. Mirrored walls reflect the joy and sparkle of your special day, while spacious lounging areas with a large screen TV provide a relaxing retreat. A spacious bathroom with a shower and a private sweetheart bedroom ensure you feel pampered and prepared for your grand entrance. Large windows and custom iron doors open to an upper deck, offering a breathtaking view of the ceremony site for a truly memorable pre-wedding moment.

Man Cave: Just steps away from the main event, our 2,000 sq ft Man Cave offers a space for post-ceremony celebration. Equipped with four large screen TVs, a pool table, and shuffleboard, it promises an unforgettable evening of laughter and camaraderie for the groom and his party.

Outdoor Spaces: Knoxville Ranch embraces the beauty of the Texas landscape with its enchanting outdoor spaces:

Covered Patio:** This 3,000 sq ft space offers the perfect ambiance for cocktail hour. Featuring an outdoor bar with an additional set of restrooms, it's also ideal for overflow seating, accommodating up to 500 guests.

Ceremony Site: Say "I do" in the heart of nature, surrounded by lush greenery. Our 4,900 sq ft ceremony site boasts a charming pergola that adds a touch of romance. Imagine a breathtaking stroll down the aisle, culminating in a lifelong commitment under the open sky.
