Cutting Edge Photography

We have built our reputation as the premier leader for innovative portraiture in the Iron Mountain area. Our experience is anchored by David Hakamaki, a nationally recognized Photographic Craftsman credentialed by the Professional Photographers of America. We provide the most creative senior portraits available, ensuring every session is a unique artistic collaboration. Our expertise extends internationally, as we are regularly invited to educate fellow photographers at conventions around the globe. We have been honored to serve as a beta tester for some of the largest photography companies in the United States, keeping our technology and techniques ahead of the curve. Our problem-solving capabilities are evident in our meticulous photo restoration work, where we repair and preserve damaged memories with archival precision.

We maintain the highest professional standards through active membership in multiple prestigious photographic organizations. Our specialized skills cover a comprehensive range of genres, from high-volume youth sports leagues to polished commercial imagery. We approach family portraiture with an understanding that fleeting moments cannot be recaptured, delivering timeless heirlooms. We combine artistic vision with technical mastery to make professional headshots stand out in competitive markets. Our commitment to client satisfaction is reflected in our dedication to serving communities across Michigan's Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin. We bring the same level of expertise and passion to a local family session as we do to an international speaking stage.
