The Tavern
This 200-guest capacity venue combines historic architecture with modern amenities. Originally built in the 1920s, it features a spacious layout with elegant design elements and floor-to-ceiling windows offering garden views. Ideal for wedding receptions, banquets, and large celebrations with full catering support.
The Chapel
Constructed in 1897, this historic chapel features stained glass windows and curved pews. After relocation and restoration, it now serves as a picturesque setting for wedding ceremonies with original architectural details preserved during its 18-month renovation process.
The Gazebo
Lakefront gazebo with fountain backdrop provides scenic outdoor ceremony space. Elevated structure ensures optimal visibility for guests with customizable dcor options including drapery, flowers, and lighting installations for both daytime and evening events.
The Club Car
Historic 1946 ACF railroad car restored for event use. Features original design elements with modern updates, accommodating up to 51 guests. Available for cocktail parties, corporate functions, and wedding day preparations with unique vintage ambiance.
The Oak Tree
Natural ceremony site beneath century-old oak trees along the lake. Provides romantic setting with moss-covered branches creating magical photography opportunities, suitable for smaller weddings and private celebrations in a scenic outdoor environment.

Can I visit the property without an appointment?
No, all visits require pre-scheduled appointments to ensure personalized service and maintain client privacy.
Are chairs included in venue pricing?
Tables and chairs are included in The Tavern rental. Outdoor white resin chairs are available for $4 each with setup.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
We are the exclusive beverage provider, but you may bring your own drinks for pre-event preparations.
Is parking available?
Complimentary parking is provided for all events with valet service available upon request.
Do you have minimum guest requirements?
No minimum exists, but events with fewer than 50 guests incur a $150 service fee.
