Willow Creek Ranch Wedding Venue

Willow Creek Ranch is a beautiful East Texas wedding and event venue located on 50 acres of land. The venue features a spacious barn built from local hand-cut cedar, pine, and oak. The entire barn and landscaping were built by hand from our family. Couples have the choice to get married in the beautiful wooden barn or at our outdoor arbor. The venue also includes a deck that overlooks a large koi pond with a lighted fountain, making it a stunning backdrop for any wedding day.

Our Services

We offer a variety of packages to suit different needs and sizes of weddings. Our packages include the use of the barn and outdoor areas, as well as amenities such as a deck overlooking the koi pond, a large kitchen, and dressing rooms for both men and women. We also offer in-house photography services through Lynzey Kay Photography. Our packages range from a basic day rental to a 3-day wedding package that includes use of the property for decoration the day before and for clean-up the day after the wedding.

Each package includes access to our beautiful barn and outdoor areas, as well as amenities such as a deck overlooking the koi pond, a large kitchen, and dressing rooms for both men and women. Venue Details

Our venue is conveniently located close to Tyler, Kilgore, Henderson, Longview, and Jacksonville. The barn can accommodate up to 200 guests, with 96 round tables and chairs included in our packages. We also offer additional services such as security for events where alcohol is served and in-house photography services.
