The story of All Occasions Catering began in 1981 with a simple yet memorable event - a class reunion where we roasted a pig over an open fire in the backyard. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and word of mouth spread about the delicious food and the unique experience. This marked the start of our journey as "Custom Hog Roasting!" Over the years, we expanded our menu offerings and began catering various events such as weddings, company picnics, and anniversaries, all off-site. In 1998, we started discussing the possibility of building our own banquet facility to host events on premises and cater food from there. After much planning and perseverance, our facility opened in December 1999, and we changed our name to "Clase All Occasions Catering, LLC." to reflect our expanded services and the owner's name.
The initial facility had one banquet room that could accommodate 280 people, along with a kitchen, restrooms, an office, and a small storage area. The first event held at the facility was a Christmas party for 15 people from a local township. This was followed by the realization that a single room was not enough to meet the demand for events. We added more rooms in 2001, including a patio and a gazebo area for outdoor weddings. Today, our team of over 50 part-time employees, led by a general manager, an executive chef, a wedding specialist, and a private event specialist, continues to make All Occasions Catering a premier event destination. We offer a wide range of services, including catering for weddings, corporate events, meetings, baby and bridal showers, holiday parties, family reunions, hog roasts, celebration of life events, anniversary and birthday parties, and deliveries, both on and off-site.
