A Labor of Love
The Farm's history dates back to the early 19th century, when the Cooper family planted towering pine trees on the property. In 1993, the Cooper family's legacy was nearly destroyed by the infamous Storm of the Century. In response, John Cooper and his wife, Rena Berry Hammon, rededicated themselves to preserving the property and transforming it into the breathtaking farm it is today.
Our Story
In 2009, Lee and Dixie Bagley purchased the property and set about renovating the buildings and restoring the land. After hosting their first wedding as a favor for friends, word quickly spread about the magical setting, and The Farm was officially established.
