All rentals include tables, chairs, and setup/breakdown services. The venue's proximity to Yellowstone Airport and downtown Bozeman ensures guest convenience while maintaining a secluded atmosphere.
Catering Services
Catering Under the Big Sky provides customized menus featuring locally sourced ingredients. Our professional team handles buffet-style service, plated dinners, and specialty dietary requirements with 20% gratuity included. The $5000 minimum covers food, beverage, and service costs. Menu consultations and tastings are available within 90 days of booking to ensure perfect culinary selections for your celebration.
Event Planning
From day-of coordination to six-month planning packages, our experts manage every detail. Services include vendor coordination, timeline creation, budget management, and rehearsal organization. Packages offer varying levels of support, with unlimited communication options for comprehensive planning assistance while maintaining client creative control over their special day.
Bridal Salon
Our fully licensed salon provides a luxurious space for wedding preparations with salon chairs, mirrors, and amenities. The suite includes a first-look viewing room, nail and makeup station, toiletries, and fabric steamers. Available from 11 AM to 8 PM on event days, this private space ensures brides have everything needed for hair, makeup, and dress preparation in a comfortable environment.
Photo Booth Rental
The Shooting Star Lounge package includes an RV photo booth with instant print strips and fun props. This amenity provides entertainment and memorable keepsakes for guests. The photo booth is included in the Essential Venue Package or available as an add-on, offering additional seating space and interactive entertainment that complements both indoor and outdoor event formats.

What does the Essential Venue Package include?
Exclusive venue use (11 AM-11 PM), 4,800 sq ft reception hall, indoor/outdoor ceremony sites, tables/chairs for 250 guests, bridal salon, groom's cabin, customized menu consultation, day-of concierge, photo booth, setup/breakdown, and cleaning.
Can we have outdoor weddings?
Yes, we offer multiple outdoor ceremony sites with arches, benches, and patio spaces. We provide contingency plans for bad weather with no additional cost, including heaters for spring/fall events and optional tents for $500 each.
Do you allow outside vendors?
We require use of our in-house catering service but provide a preferred vendor list for other services. Clients may hire external wedding planners who must coordinate with our team and follow our contractual agreements.
What catering options are available?
Our in-house Catering Under the Big Sky offers custom menus with local ingredients. We require a $5000 minimum (excluding gratuity) and provide menu tastings within 90 days of booking. Outside catering isn't permitted.
Are pets allowed at events?
Bride and groom's dogs are permitted on leashes during outdoor ceremonies only. Service animals are welcome indoors. We recommend local pet care services for dog accommodations after ceremonies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and major credit cards (with 3.7% processing fee). Final payments are due one month before events after final guest counts are confirmed.
