The space accommodates up to 250 seated guests with ADA-certified restrooms and premium amenities. Included features like 200 chiavari chairs, custom arbors, and a 75-inch smart TV ensure comprehensive event support.
Day-of Coordination
Professional coordination services include timeline creation, vendor communication, and on-site management from setup to post-event cleanup. Our coordinators provide pre-event consultations, rehearsal oversight, and real-time problem-solving to ensure seamless execution of your ceremony and reception.
Catering Prep Area
Commercial-grade catering facilities feature a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, proofers, and stainless steel prep stations. The dedicated prep area includes dishwashing equipment, serving pieces, and storage for 125+ guest events, supporting both in-house and external catering teams.

What's included in the venue rental?
Rentals include venue access, 200+ chairs, custom arbors, decor items, commercial kitchen facilities, and ADA-compliant restrooms. Specific inclusions vary by package.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes, outside vendors are welcome. We provide a preferred vendor list but require vendor approval to ensure quality and compliance with venue policies.
What happens during inclement weather?
We provide indoor ceremony alternatives and climate-controlled spaces. Our planning sessions include contingency plans for weather-related changes.
Are pets allowed at events?
Dogs are permitted for reception activities with supervised entry. Special arrangements ensure pet safety and event flow.
What payment options exist?
We require a $1,000 deposit, 50% payment six months before events, and final payment 60 days prior. Incremental payments are accepted before deadlines.
