Our Story

Trillium Creek Wedding and Event Barn has its roots in Lisa Reinke's family history. Her grandparents' dairy farm has been passed down through generations, filled with countless memories and experiences. Lisa's grandmother, a dairy farmer, instilled in her a love for nature, gardening, and preserving history. With her family's long-standing connection to the land, Lisa took it upon herself to transform the magical property into a venue where others can create lifetime memories while preserving its historical and natural state.

In 2015, Lisa spotted a 100-year-old Pomeranian barn at a nearby farm, which would become the new home for Trillium Creek. Relocating the massive structure was no easy feat, requiring the construction of a temporary bridge across the Trillium Creek, and taking three days to reach its final resting spot. With the relocation complete, renovations began in 2016.

Throughout the renovation process, Lisa drew upon her own wedding experience, understanding the importance of modern amenities while maintaining the authentic farmstead charm. With hot running water, indoor restrooms, an on-site catering kitchen, and elegant lighting, our venue provides an unmatched level of luxury and comfort. From the in-floor heating on the lower level to the elegantly designed bride and groom changing rooms, every detail was meticulously considered to create the perfect setting for your special day.

Facilities and Capacity

Our tranquil venue offers 5,000 square feet of space, divided between two levels, each featuring two bar locations. The barn's rustic charm is complemented by modern amenities, including hot running water, indoor restrooms, a catering kitchen, elegant lighting, and in-floor heating. The property's lush greenery and well-maintained landscaping create a serene atmosphere, while the detached fire pit and upcycled furniture offer a cozy spot for guests to relax. The sprawling deck overlooks the fields, creek, valley, gardens, and an 1890s church, providing endless opportunities for stunning photography.
