Business Details
We are the proud stewards of Swan Lake Overlook, a luxurious wedding and event venue situated on 225 acres of family-owned land with a heritage spanning over 100 years. Our specialized expertise lies in hosting sophisticated mountain destination weddings just north of Atlanta, offering scenic views of the North Georgia Mountains and accommodating up to 300 guests. We bring a distinctive problem-solving approach to event planning by providing multiple ceremony locations across our expansive property, allowing couples to select the ideal setting for their celebration. Our professional standards are reflected in our rustic-elegance aesthetic, where we expertly blend industrial concrete floors and wooden beams with grand chandeliers and large windows.
We maintain a fully transparent process, inviting clients to schedule tours, review pricing guides, and check available dates directly through our resources. Our commitment to client satisfaction is matched by our dedication to the unique environment we have cultivated, which includes Sika and Fallow Deer, alpacas, donkeys, emus, horses, and swans roaming the grounds. We invite you to experience a venue where century-old legacy meets refined luxury.
