Wedding and Event Design

Our event design services are designed to help you bring your vision to life. We start by providing a budget sketch and a critical path planning timeline to ensure that your event is planned within your means and meets your expectations. We also handle complete venue selection and renting, holding four progress planning meetings to keep you informed and involved throughout the process. Our design services also include complete vendor selection and hiring, as well as a vendor planning meeting to ensure that all your vendors are on the same page.

Event Consulting Services

Our consulting services are designed to provide you with expert guidance and support throughout the planning process. We offer four meetings, spaced five months, three months, one month, and 21 days before your event date, to ensure that you're well-prepared and confident in your planning decisions. We'll also develop a detailed timeline for you, attend the final meeting at your venue, and provide nine hours of wedding day coordination services to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Wedding and Event Coordination

As a coordinator, we take over the logistics of planning your wedding, beginning one month before your special day. We'll meet with you to review vendor contracts and discuss event details, develop a detailed timeline, and distribute it to all vendors. This is the perfect opportunity to address any questions or concerns your vendors may have about the venue or event. Our coordination services also include attending the final walkthrough at your venue with the catering manager, leading the rehearsal as necessary, and ensuring that all elements of your wedding come together seamlessly on the big day.
