Our Story

The Reserve at Bluebird Hill opened its doors five years ago with the goal of creating lifetime celebrations. Our venue is situated on 75-acres of picturesque green hills in East Tennessee, providing a stunning backdrop for any event. That's why we offer four different ceremony locations to accommodate your style and guest count, ensuring that your special day is everything you dreamed it would be.

In addition to weddings, The Reserve at Bluebird Hill is the perfect venue for a variety of special occasions. From corporate retreats and meetings to family reunions, Quinceanera's, and holiday parties, our event center can accommodate up to 300 guests. We provide a quiet setting complete with parking, controlled lighting, tables, and chairs, and catering menus to service your corporate needs. Our facility is conveniently located close to the Knoxville McGee Tyson Airport and I-40 interstate, making it easy for guests to find us.
