Are taxes included in the wedding packages?
Taxes are not included in our base packages. Additional taxes apply for catering, cake, liquor, and florist services through our vendors, based on their business locations.
Can I use a non-approved caterer?
Non-approved caterers require hiring At Your Service Event Management for staff and service coordination. Clients must purchase food through commercial kitchens when using non-approved providers.
Do you require event liability insurance?
While not mandatory, we recommend obtaining event insurance through your homeowners provider or WedSafe.com to protect against potential damages or issues during your event.
What happens if weather turns bad during an outdoor ceremony?
Our staff can move ceremonies indoors within 15-20 minutes. Backup plans are discussed during your Details Meeting, with weather monitoring and road maintenance available for off-season events.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We host weddings with up to 250 guests, providing standard chairs and tables for this capacity. Additional charges apply for exceeding this number or requiring special seating arrangements.
What bar service rules apply?
Guests must be 21+ with ID verification. Two drinks per person served at a time with no shots or self-service allowed. Bartenders may refuse service if necessary for safety or policy compliance.
