What's included in the base rental price?
Base price includes tables, chairs, benches, firepit, wine barrels, linens, portable bar, cake tables, and two wedding arches.
What is the guest capacity?
We accommodate up to 150 guests outdoors with recommended maximum of 130 for optimal comfort.
Can we use our own vendors?
We provide pre-approved vendor lists; outside vendors require written approval and proof of insurance.
Are there discounts available?
Yes, we offer discounts for veterans, active service members, teachers, nurses, and emergency responders.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes, with restrictions: no alcohol until after the ceremony and none allowed in the Manor House.
