Is there a security deposit?
A $1,000 deposit reserves your date. Security deposit refunds occur within two weeks post-event if contract terms are met.
What payment plans are available?
Deposit followed by three payments at 6 months, 90 days, and 30 days prior to the event date.
Are there noise restrictions?
Events must end by 12am on Saturdays and 11pm on Fridays. Quiet hours respect neighboring properties.
Is the venue climate-controlled?
Lower level has heating and AC. Upper level remains mild year-round due to rustic design.
