We have been providing expert wedding and event planning services since our founder Jennifer Molloy began her career in 1999 at The Hotel Del Coronado. Our over two decades of experience give us deep insight into the nuances of Southern California celebrations, from intimate vineyard gatherings to large corporate affairs. We specialize in Temecula Wine Country weddings, mastering the logistics of vineyard venues, vendor coordination, and timeline management. Our team applies meticulous logistical planning to anticipate challenges and ensure every detail aligns with the clients vision. We offer up to three prewedding meetings to build a strong working relationship and clarify expectations. Our process includes a site walkthrough, unlimited referrals, and continuous phone and email support throughout the planning phase.

We confirm all vendors the week before the event and develop a detailed weddingday timeline tailored to each couples schedule. We conduct the rehearsal, oversee ceremony and reception coordination, and manage setup of personal items such as favors and place cards on the event day. Our onsite supervision extends up to eight hours, guaranteeing smooth execution from start to finish.
