What is the maximum guest capacity?
Wilder Mansion accommodates up to 250 guests across its 9,276 square feet of event space with flexible room configurations.
Can we use our own caterer?
While we maintain a preferred caterer list, outside caterers are permitted with prior approval and payment of a $1,000 fee.
Are decorations allowed?
Decorations are permitted with restrictions - no taping/tacking to surfaces and prohibited items include confetti, glitter, and open flames without enclosures.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes, liquor service is allowed with a $200 non-refundable insurance fee. Caterers coordinate all bar services and requirements.
How far in advance can events be booked?
Our event calendar opens 24 months ahead, allowing early reservations for preferred dates and times.
What photography options exist?
We offer hourly photography rentals for mansion interiors and gardens at $150 per hour with staff coordination for optimal access.
