We offer two beautiful ceremony sites: a picturesque garden overlooking the North Georgia mountains and a covered pavilion. The covered pavilion serves as our rain plan, offering an outdoor wedding feel with open-air sides and stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Both ceremony sites are meticulously maintained and offer a serene and romantic atmosphere that will make your special day truly unforgettable.

Our reception ballroom is elegantly decorated and designed to accommodate up to 220 guests. We also offer an all-day bridal cottage and a three-hour groom's cottage with food and refreshments. To make your wedding day even more special, we provide a two-hour engagement shoot with your photographer, an assorted cookie and coffee bar, a champagne toast for all guests, a seating poster, a photo booth, and a sparkler sendoff.

Our onsite culinary team and the Tate House Design Group work together to ensure that your wedding reception is not only delicious but also visually stunning. • The Magnolia: This package is priced at $11,900 and includes 100 guests, with an additional $69 per guest for up to 220 guests. It offers a 3.5-hour ceremony and reception, a cocktail hour with a mansion tour, one hors d'oeuvre, and a non-alcoholic beverage. The dinner buffet includes a preset salad, one main entree, two side items, and an artisan bread basket. Use of the bridal and groom's cottages for two hours before the ceremony is also included.

• The Southern Classic: This package is priced at $16,900 and includes 100 guests, with an additional $99 per guest for up to 220 guests. It offers a 4.5-hour ceremony and reception, a cocktail hour with a mansion tour, three hors d'oeuvres, and a non-alcoholic beverage. The dinner buffet includes a preset salad, one main entree, one pasta entree, two side items, and an artisan bread basket. All-day bridal cottage package plus three hours for the groom's cottage with food and refreshments, an assorted cookie and coffee bar, a champagne toast for all guests, a seating poster, a photo booth, and a sparkler sendoff are also included.

• The Georgia Peach: This package is priced at $13,900 and includes 100 guests, with an additional $84 per guest for up to 220 guests.
