How can I order school or sports portraits?
Order online using your unique access code, call us at 972-723-2464, or visit our studio for in-person ordering with same-day printing available for 8x10 prints and smaller.
What if I have issues with my order?
We offer free reprints for any order problems. Contact our studio directly and we'll resolve the issue promptly, whether it requires remaking prints or replacing products.
Do you offer retake sessions?
We schedule retake days for Fall Yearbook and Senior portraits. For other sessions, we provide retakes at our studio by appointment.
Can I include pets in family photos?
Yes! We welcome pets in portrait sessions, having photographed everything from dogs to exotic animals. We recommend keeping animal count reasonable to maintain session flow.
How do I view my photographs?
We recommend in-studio viewing on our theater screen for custom portraits, or we can arrange Zoom consultations. School and sports portraits can be ordered securely online.
