What is your payment policy?
A retainer reserves your date, with subsequent payments due 90 days and 2 weeks before the event. We accept cash, personal checks, and cashier's checks.
Why can't I hire you strictly for Day-Of Coordination?
As independent planners, we require early involvement to ensure comprehensive coordination. Day-of coordination alone lacks the preparation needed for flawless execution of complex events.
What are your working hours?
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with flexible scheduling for client and vendor needs. Available evenings and weekends as required by event timelines.
