Roxanne is the Executive Planner and Owner of The Ordered Step. With a keen organizational skills and calm demeanor, Roxanne has been creating memorable events for the past eight years. She holds a (CWEP) Certified Wedding and Event Planner certification and is committed to making every event a truly memorable experience.
Nola Carmouche, Event Planning Intern
Nola is the Event Planning Intern at The Ordered Step. She is currently in her final semester at the University of Texas at Austin and will be graduating with a BS in Communication Studies. Nola has had an interest in event planning from a young age and is committed to making every event run as smoothly as possible before, during, and after.

At The Ordered Step, we are always on the lookout for talented and passionate individuals to join our team. We offer a 3-6 month internship for those seeking to gain industry experience and learn what it takes to produce successful events. Selected interns will gain valuable, hands-on experience in the areas of wedding and event planning, design and decor elements, small business operations, and social media marketing.
