Designer Event Chicago is led by a dynamic duo of experienced event planners, Lindsay Stein Cohen and Katie Goggins.

Lindsay discovered her love for entertaining while hosting friends at her parents' house as a teenager. Her detail-oriented personality and penchant for design made event planning a natural fit. Lindsay earned her degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, honing her business skills and receiving real-world experience coordinating various events. After college, Lindsay worked for a North Shore event planning firm for six years before founding Designer Event Chicago in 2009. Her commitment to being ahead of trends while maintaining a sense of tradition has earned her respect from clients and vendors alike.

Katie, one of the founders of Designer Event Chicago, believes that attention to detail and personal touches make all the difference. She specializes in social, corporate, and charitable events, combining her management skills and welcoming personality to ensure each event's success. Katie graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University and has since built an impressive career in event planning. Her experience, creativity, and dedication have earned her recognition from industry professionals and repeat clients.
