Designed and lovingly crafted in 2005, every detail of our farmhouse exudes the character of a time-worn structure, seamlessly integrating with the natural environment. The panoramic 360-degree views are a constant source of inspiration, stretching across verdant fields, working farmscape, and the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance. This location offers a captivating respite from the bustling city life, allowing our guests to immerse themselves in the tranquility of the countryside while still enjoying convenient proximity to Washington D.C., Dulles Airport, and a vibrant hub of wineries and breweries.

Since Blue Hill Farm opened its doors in 2016, it has blossomed into a sought-after wedding destination, lauded for its customized experiences and breathtaking backdrop. From intimate micro weddings to grand celebrations for 350 guests, our team takes pride in crafting weddings that are as diverse and unforgettable as the couples who choose us. The heart of our venue is the charming farmhouse, boasting four luxuriously appointed guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms, perfect for getting ready and accommodating overnight guests. In addition, a gourmet kitchen, three screened and open porches, and laundry facilities provide ample space for both pre-wedding preparations and post-wedding relaxation.

Outside, the acclaimed ceremony field offers a breathtaking panorama, complete with a picturesque gazebo, while the elegant Carriage House, with its all-white aesthetic and sophisticated ambiance, serves as a versatile space for both intimate dinners and vibrant dance floors.

For those seeking a touch of rustic charm, our Carriage House transforms into a quaint country church-like setting, ideal for meaningful ceremonies. Adjacent to the pool area, a spacious flagstone patio provides the perfect setting for cocktails and dancing under the stars.

Our comprehensive array of equipment, including custom lighting, a golf cart, audio & video systems, cornhole boards, outdoor games, a rustic photo backdrop, and a large fire pit, completes the experience, allowing you to create an unforgettable celebration without lifting a finger.
