What are the rental rates for the barn?
Barn rental starts at $6,000 for up to 120 guests, increasing to $8,000 for over 200 attendees. This includes 8-hour access, liability insurance, and basic amenities.
Does the venue provide catering services?
We don't offer in-house catering but provide a curated list of preferred vendors. Clients may select any licensed caterer, with recommendations based on budget and cuisine preferences.
What is the maximum capacity?
The barn accommodates 150 guests indoors, with 90 seats on the cedar deck. Additional tenting space allows for larger events, with total capacity exceeding 200 guests.
Are there restrictions on event timing?
Events must conclude by 11:30 PM with music ending at 10:30 PM. Setup access is available the day before from noon to 5 PM, with takedown allowed the following day.
Can we bring our own beverages?
Clients may bring outside beverages. Bartenders must be TIPS-certified and insured. Preferred caterers provide trained staff, or we can recommend independent bartenders.
