Creative Wedding Officiants has been serving Northeast Ohio since 2004, providing couples with unique and personalized wedding ceremonies that reflect their relationship and values. Our team is dedicated to creating a memorable wedding experience that is tailored to each couple's specific needs and desires.

Our experienced and licensed officiants are available to perform a variety of ceremonies, including weddings, commitment ceremonies, sacred unions, second marriages, and vow renewals. We offer a choice of style, format, and location, ensuring that your ceremony is as unique and special as your relationship.

Our officiants are ordained by the Universal Life Church and licensed by the State of Ohio. They are also active members of the National Association of Wedding Officiants and the Northeastern Ohio Association of Wedding Professionals. With over 40 years of combined experience, our staff has written and performed hundreds of ceremonies, ensuring that your wedding ceremony is in good hands.

Our Belief and Mission

At Creative Wedding Officiants, we believe that each couple deserves a wedding ceremony that is as unique and distinctive as their relationship. We take into consideration religious and cultural backgrounds, families, relatives, guests, hobbies, interests, and special needs when planning wedding ceremonies. Our mission is to provide couples with a personalized wedding ceremony that is performed their way, at their location, at their time, and at a reasonable cost. We strive to create a cherished memory that will last a lifetime.

We offer a choice of format, including traditional, contemporary, religious/spiritual, non-religious/civil, interfaith/intercultural, and pagan ceremonies. Our online ceremony workbook tool and inventory of pre-written selections make it easy for couples to create their own unique ceremony. We are also happy to assist couples in writing their own wedding ceremonies. Readings, poems, or prayers can be read by our ministers or by the couple or their guests, and ceremonies can be as long or short as desired.

Coverage Area

Our officiants serve couples in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Huron, Erie, Summit, Medina, Lake, Portage, and Ashtabula counties, among others. We welcome tourists and last-minute reservations and are often able to accommodate out-of-state couples and last-minute requests for wedding ceremonies.

Our Team

Reverend Traci Von Duyke is a licensed minister by the State of Ohio who has performed numerous wedding ceremonies all over Northeast Ohio. She specializes in helping couples create ceremonies that truly express their love for and commitment to each other.

Reverend Shawn Mueller is another experienced officiant on our team who is dedicated to creating meaningful and personalized wedding ceremonies. Together, our team of officiants is committed to providing couples with a memorable and unique wedding experience that reflects their relationship and values.
