What is included in the venue rental?
Rental includes on-site event host, tables/chairs/linens for 150 guests, catering kitchen access, AV equipment, preparation rooms, and post-event cleaning services.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Open-vendor policy allows your choice of vendors except bartenders, who must be selected from our approved list of licensed and insured professionals.
What are the capacity limits?
The venue accommodates 150 seated guests simultaneously or several hundred guests for flowing reception-style events throughout the evening.
What payment options are available?
Online payments through emailed invoices handle all financial transactions. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods for convenience.
Are there time restrictions for events?
Rental periods include 6-12 hours of exclusive use. Overtime charges apply beyond contracted timeframes, with specific restrictions near midnight hours.
How do we book the venue?
Bookings require 50% deposit plus $500 damage deposit for events over 30 days away. Contracts and payments are completed electronically through our online system.
