What ceremony locations are available at Hidden Vineyard?
We offer five distinct ceremony sites including under the Catalpa tree, in the barn, on the deck, across the lawn, and through the vineyard.
Are tables and chairs included in the rental?
Yes, we provide wood cross-back chairs, white resin chairs, and various table configurations at no additional charge with your venue rental.
Will staff be present during my event?
At least one staff member will be on-site throughout your event to assist guests, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety protocols are maintained.
Can we use our own caterer?
Couples must select from our approved caterer list or request special permission for outside vendors prior to booking.
What are the venue access times on wedding day?
Couples have access from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST with vendors permitted until midnight for final preparations.
Are pre-wedding photo sessions allowed?
Complimentary outdoor photo sessions are available on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST with advance scheduling.
