Photography Services Review
Disappointing Experiences
Two couples, Katherine Bowman and Kathrine Whelan, shared their disappointing experiences with Nathalia's photography services. They both mentioned that Nathalia failed to fulfill her contractual obligations, resulting in unfinished or unedited work. Specifically, Katherine Bowman did not receive three printed photo albums, and Kathrine Whelan did not receive a special video of her brother performing at the ceremony. Furthermore, both couples experienced delays and excuses from Nathalia, which led to a loss of trust and communication.
Poor Quality Work
Kathrine Whelan described the wedding video she received as "heartbreaking, cringe-inducing mess" with issues such as shaky camera work, sloppy sound editing, and jerky cuts. She also mentioned that Nathalia failed to deliver a documentary-style wedding video as agreed upon.
