Ambiance and Decor
Atlantis Banquet Hall has a spacious and rustic look with nice lighting. The decor is traditional and authentic, with a unique ceiling design. The venue's design allows for a good flow of guests, with two bars on different floors.
Parking and Accessibility
The venue has its own parking lot, which is convenient, but with limited parking spaces. The parking lot is also not easily accessible for people with mobility issues, as there are a few flights of stairs leading up to the entrance. However, there is an elevator/lift available, but it is slow and can only accommodate two people at a time.
Service
The staff at Atlantis Banquet Hall seem nice and professional, with good communication. The manager, Diana, was responsive and helpful, and several clients mentioned that she went above and beyond to assist them.
Food and Beverage
The venue offers a food buffet, but the space for it is tight, with hardly any wiggle room. The chairs were also found to be dirty with stains, which was a surprise. However, the photo booth, DJ, and bar were all set up and ready to go.
