Day-of Coordination
Professional coordinators handle timeline execution, vendor communication, and setup assistance from 9am until midnight. Services include decor placement, emergency troubleshooting, and vendor payment processing. Optional full planning services available for additional support.
Outdoor Courtyard
Landscaped courtyard with mature trees, boxwood hedges, and ambient lighting creates ideal outdoor ceremony settings. The space accommodates seating arrangements and includes backup indoor transition options. Complimentary parking available for 130 vehicles.

Yes, we allow any licensed vendors including caterers, bartenders, and decorators with no restrictions or preferred vendor lists.
Are overnight accommodations available?
Yes, we offer a Master Suite ($120) and Queen Bedroom ($100) rentals for wedding parties with full private bathrooms.
What happens if it rains?
Our ballroom provides full backup space for outdoor ceremonies with immediate access to indoor facilities and weather contingency planning support.
