The Relix offers 3,000 sq ft of transformed industrial space with original brick walls, 16-foot wood ceilings, and polished concrete floors. This historic 1915 building features modern lighting, climate control, and a 250-guest capacity. The space includes a back patio overlooking Industrial Alley and dedicated prep areas for event vendors. Clients appreciate its versatility for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
The Brookside Venue
The Brookside provides 4,500 sq ft of refined event space featuring a grand ballroom with coffered ceilings, hickory floors, and dramatic lighting. This two-story venue accommodates 400 guests with separate lounge areas, a catering kitchen, and bridal/groom suites. The front patio with 8-foot glass doors offers natural light and outdoor access.
