Where are your rental locations?
We operate from Pittsburgh, PA and Canton, OH with showrooms available by appointment. We serve Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and surrounding regions.
What are your business hours?
Office hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Showrooms open 9AM-4PM. Event operations available seven days a week as needed.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are highly recommended to ensure equipment availability, especially for peak season events and large-scale functions.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, 50% deposit for most orders. Tented events require 65% non-refundable deposit at reservation.
Do you deliver rental equipment?
Delivery available for orders over $250. Fees vary by location and setup requirements. Pickup available without minimum order.
What happens if equipment is damaged?
We offer a 12% damage waiver covering accidental damage. Theft, gross negligence, and loss are not covered. Damaged items must be returned for assessment.
