Melanie Planas, our Lead Coordinator, joins us with over 5 years of wedding planning and 8 years of venue management experience under her belt. Melanie is a devoted mom to a lovely son and two dogs, and has been with Bride on a Budget for 5 years. Eve Rodriguez, our Assistant Coordinator, brings 15+ years of catering and banquet experience on the Riverwalk to the table. She is a sweetheart and has been with Bride on a Budget for 2 years. Luis Torres, our Assistant Coordinator, joins us with a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills.
