Our Story

It all began when Kevin Kenny, our Owner and Executive Chef, arrived in South Florida in the late 1980s. With a passion for cooking and a keen sense of innovation, Kevin quickly made a name for himself in the local culinary scene. Rosario Gannon, our other Owner and Culinary Mastermind, joined forces with Kevin, bringing with her an impressive portfolio of high-end culinary experience. Together, they founded Ken-Rose Catering in 1998 with a vision to provide exceptional service and unparalleled cuisine to their clients.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of talented professionals from around the world, each with their own unique story to tell. Our Executive Chef, Claudio Colon, has been with us for over two decades, and his expertise has played a significant role in shaping our culinary identity. Thomas Bley, our in-house Bartender Extraordinaire, brings a wealth of experience from his native Germany, where he was crowned the German Cocktail Champion not once but twice!
