We have catered hundreds of weddings and corporate events, and we are committed to making sure you have the best experience possible. Our team is led by Chef Michael Jasa, CEC MBA, who has over 25 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality business. Chef Jasa specializes in private event catering, culinary concept development, ice sculpture and instruction, and culinary instruction. He holds degrees from the Culinary Institute of America, Florida International University, and Lynn University. Our team also includes Juliana LaManna, an experienced event coordinator, as well as a team of culinary specialists and a bartender. We are fully licensed and insured, and we are a Broward County Parks & Recreation Approved Vendor.
