Day of Package
Our Day of Package is perfect for the couple who wants to handle their own planning and then turn over the details to us on your wedding day. This package includes:
- Initial consultation to explain the coordinating process
- A list of A Wedding by Di preferred vendors
- Creating a timeline to be distributed to vendors and venue
- Contacting your vendors to verify details of their services
- Executing wedding rehearsal walkthrough
- Setting up decor as requested by the Bride and Groom
- Managing timing of ceremony
- Providing use of A Wedding By Di bridal emergency kit
- Coordinating and managing entertainment, announcements, and events during reception
- Wedding coverage up to 8 hours on wedding day (with two event planners)
Month of Package
Our Month of Package is perfect for the Bride and Groom who need a little extra help in the month prior to their wedding. Instead of worrying about all of the final details, use the days leading up to your wedding for valuable time with friends and family, and each other! This package includes:
- One final details meeting one month prior to your wedding to discuss all of your wedding details
- Assist with rehearsal dinner and/or welcome dinner
- Assist with any last minute decor projects
- Attend a final walkthrough at your chosen venue with vendors and venue team
- Pick up and drop off any rental items
