Our Process
At EMbrace Photography, we understand the importance of capturing memories in a way that leaves a lasting impression. Here's what you can expect from our process:
- Booking: We require a minimum of 6 weeks' notice for all appointments. Wedding photography sessions can be booked 7 days a week, 3-12 months in advance.
- Pre-Session Consultation: We will discuss your photography needs and goals to ensure we capture exactly what you're looking for.
- Session: We take your photography session at one of our preferred outdoor locations. Additional locations may incur a trip charge.
- Photo Editing: We carefully edit your photos to enhance the natural beauty of your images.
Policies
At EMbrace Photography, we believe in transparency and respect your needs. Here are our policies to keep you informed:
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We require a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in liability for the scheduled appointment.
- Payment Terms: Payment for photography sessions is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Copyright: EMbrace Photography retains the copyright to all images taken in your photography session.
