Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes, we offer an open vendor policy with no mandatory fees, allowing couples to choose preferred caterers, decorators, and service providers while requiring proper licensing documentation.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
The Meadow Barn's interior accommodates ceremonies with minimal setup changes, while The Veranda's covered patio ensures continuity. Both venues provide rain contingency plans without additional charges.
Can we host wedding-related events beyond the ceremony/reception?
We permit rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches with extended rental periods, though overnight accommodations require nearby hotel arrangements as we don't provide lodging on-site.

Clients remove personal items by contract end time while our staff handles standard cleanup including bar service, table breakdown, and facility maintenance to prepare for subsequent events.
