We have thrice used Kalo with Chief Chicago Limo and will never use another service when flying out of O'Hare airport. He picked us up with our two children at 2:30 am in Kenosha, WI, and safely got us to O'Hare and back. He goes above and beyond and cares about his customers. This team is one of a kind!! I travel for work often and Chief Limo, and Kalo, go above and beyond every single time; to the normal easy flights, to me having issues with baggage when returning home and waiting as long as it takes for me to get my stuff, to me entering wrong flight info (has happened one too many times) and following up to always confirm the details when they think something is off. I would not trust anyone else!

Both pick up (at 5:45am) from my residence to airport and back to my home were flawless; right on time very courteous and helpful. On the return trip from the airport I was delayed as luggage was rerouted and had to spend an additional half hour filling out paperwork (after proceeding to baggage claim ) the company was very accommodating to this delay Would definitely use the service again & will highly recommend to family and friends

If I could give Chief Chicago Limo 10 Stars I would! There are not words to describe how grateful I am for the exceptional service that I received from start to finish!
After the airline cancelled our flights and left us stranded at Chicago OHare, without any way to get to our New York destination, I called Chief Chicago Limo.
Within minutes they had us scheduled and in less than 2 hours our driver picked us up and we were on our way to New York. The SUV was top notch and very comfortable. Our driver was, hands down, one of the most pleasant people Ive ever encountered and his driving was second to none! The trip was so smooth, that my teenage daughter commented that Galin set bar so high, that from here on out, she would measure everyone to his high standard of driving. I highly recommend this amazing company they are the best!

Our flight got delayed, but Kalo made every effort, so we got our car eventually, even though we had communication issues. we had a lot of luggage, 2 dogs, and their big flying cages. Khalid the driver was super nice, and we had an interesting and intelligent conversation. I highly recommend this service to people who travel with dogs (but not just)

Our airport transfers to and from OHare were smooth, efficient, and comfortable. Our driver, Abu, texted us when we landed with his vehicle make, plate number, and exact location. Our flight was slightly delayed, which - combined with airport construction and Chicago PD enforcing time limits on vehicles waiting at the curb - forced him to circle around while he waited for us. He kept us updated on his exact location and we connected smoothly.
The vehicle was a new Chevy Suburban, spotlessly clean. The ride was smooth & comfortable, and I enjoyed chatting with Abu.

Traveling with my family during these challenging times is hard enough, let alone to downtown Chicago. Upon arrival our driver Kalo was waiting, helped with our luggage and before we knew it at our hotel in downtown Chicago. Because he was so nice, clean and sanitized car, we hired him to drive us around for the several days before also taking us back to the airport.

We seriously would never consider using any other form of transport other than our own car. Kalo and his drivers are the best!!! Last night in the big snow storm and our flight being delayed with 6 hours, our car was waiting for us when we landed. Despite the long wait for our luggage, the driver was very patient and polite and drove us safely home. Kalo was wonderful! He was very professional, on time, car was very nice and clean! We used him for a ride to and home from the airport on a trip right before Christmas. He remembered that we had our 5 year old son traveling with us and even had a little gift for him when he picked us up on the way home. I would use him again in a second!!

I would highly recommend this service, our driver was amazing. Our pick up time was at 430am, he was in the driveway at 415am if not earlier! The car was clean and had more than enough space. When we landed our driver was already waiting! This is a perfect way to go on vacation! No hassle no worries about parking or anything! Also I over paid our driver and he contacted me letting me know I paid to much because the bills were stuck together! I would have never known! I was really impressed!
