Wedding Venue Rental
Our 5,000-square-foot barn accommodates up to 200 guests with concrete floors, wood ceilings, and a working fireplace. The space includes tables, chairs, restrooms, and lawn games. Security, parking, and full weekend access from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning are included in the rental package.
Event Hosting
Beyond weddings, our venue hosts yoga retreats, community gatherings, and private celebrations. The property features walking trails, a wooded ravine, and flexible indoor/outdoor spaces. Clients receive comprehensive planning resources and unlimited site visits to ensure successful events.
Airbnb Cottage
The Cottage at Bath Hollow Farm offers wedding parties and visitors comfortable accommodations next to the barn. This two-story Airbnb sleeps four and provides a convenient space for getting ready or post-event relaxation. The cottage is available year-round for non-wedding guests.
Outdoor Ceremony Spaces
Our scenic outdoor venues include a forest amphitheater and deck built into the ravine. The 28-acre property features walking paths, Woodward Creek, and open fields for customized ceremonies. Clients can choose between woodland, creek-side, or lawn settings with natural backdrops.

Questions
What is included in the wedding venue rental package?
The $5,900 package includes full weekend access to the barn (holds 200 guests), lawn games, restrooms, security, parking, tables/chairs for 200, and firewood for campfires.
Can we have our wedding ceremony outdoors?
Yes! We offer multiple outdoor options including a forest amphitheater, deck in the ravine, and open field spaces with natural backdrops from May through October.
Is there lodging available onsite?
The Cottage at Bath Hollow Farm sleeps four and is available for wedding parties or general rentals. It's located next to the barn for convenient access during events.
What are the venue hours during events?
Clients have access from Friday 4PM-11PM, Saturday 8AM-11:30PM, and Sunday 8AM-12PM. Receptions must end by 11PM on Saturdays for noise considerations.
Can we use our own vendors?
Yes! You may use any caterer, photographer, or vendor of your choice. We provide recommendations but don't restrict vendor selection or charge extra fees for outside vendors.
How does parking work for guests?
We provide a hilltop parking lot with attendants to assist guests. Special accommodations are made for guests with mobility needs, and Uber/Lyft services are available.
