Our Story

Our founder and principal designer, Ana Parzych, is a multifaceted individual with a passion for baking, fine arts, and international exploration. Growing up in Lima, Peru, Ana's fascination with baking began at a young age, nurtured by her family's love for cooking. Her artistic journey began with studies in graphic design and painting at the National School of Fine Arts, complemented by her immersion in French patisserie expertise during a sojourn in Japan. Ana's self-taught skills in cake decorating, refined under the mentorship of renowned sugarpinner Betty VanNorstrand, and formal training at The Culinary Institute of America have honed her skills in wedding cake design, sugar flower crafting, and various decorating techniques.
