At Pearson Ranch, we are dedicated to providing a unique and unforgettable experience for our couples. Our 150-acre private estate is nestled in the hills above Woodside, just 20 minutes from Interstate 280. Our property features a large, newly renovated 100-year-old barn that can comfortably accommodate 150 guests, perfect for your wedding reception.

Our Services

At Pearson Ranch, we pride ourselves on providing a range of services to make your special day truly unforgettable. Our venue is available for select weekends in July, August, and September, ensuring that your event remains intimate and exclusive. Our rental fee includes the use of our 2500-square foot green barn and surrounding area, choice of ceremony site, rehearsal and set-up time the day before your wedding, clean-up time the day after your wedding, and a 400-square foot cottage available as a bridal dressing suite. We also offer a dedicated property representative on-site for the duration of your wedding, ensuring that your special day runs smoothly and effortlessly.

Our venue is steeped in rustic charm, with rolling hills, ponds, and breathtaking vistas waiting to be explored. Our ceremony sites offer a range of options, from seclusion in a rolling field to elegance beneath the canopy of oak or redwood trees. Our barn is a hub of activity, with ample space for buffet tables and dancing, and our surrounding areas offer ample opportunities for photos and exploration.
