Our journey began with Chef de Cuisine, Jacqueline Bols, who honed her culinary skills at Southampton University in England. After completing her education, Jacqueline embarked on a culinary journey that took her to the French and Italian Riviera, where she worked as a private chef on luxurious yachts, serving discerning guests, including Oprah Winfrey, Sean Connery, and Elizabeth Hurley. Her dedication to culinary excellence earned her the prestigious Charles Heidsieck award of Culinary Excellence.
