- Full Service Planning: As your full-service wedding planner, we provide comprehensive event management and guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process. We are proud to partner with the industry's leading venues and professionals, and in this package, we will coordinate it all, from start to finish.
- Partial Planning/Event Management: For clients who prefer to arrange their own wedding but need additional guidance, design assistance, and logistical management throughout the planning process, we offer partial planning with complete peace of mind.
- Design and Styling: Our team of experienced designers and stylists will work with you to create a cohesive design concept that reflects your personality and style. We will source decor, florals, and rentals to bring your vision to life.
- Day-Of Coordination: Our dedicated day-of coordinators will ensure that every detail is taken care of on the day of your wedding, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.
Meet the Team
Led by founder and creative director, Christine Ashburn, the team at The Soiree Studio is comprised of seasoned wedding and event planners, designers, and dedicated day-of coordinators. Our team shares a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and a commitment to providing the highest level of personalized service.
Christine Ashburn, a Colorado native, shares her time between the Vail Valley and Denver Metro areas with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Harper. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Christine followed her life-long dream of living in the mountains and moved to the Vail Valley. Christine believes that the greatest adventure in life is love, and her passion for creating moments that help clients celebrate theirs led her to found The Soiree Studio in 2011.
Jessica Hedrick, a Colorado born and raised, left the Rockies to attend the University of San Diego in California. While on the West Coast, Jessica has successfully planned and executed countless private social and corporate events in San Diego, San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Los Angeles. Jessica joined The Soiree Studio team in 2018 and shares her time between Colorado and California.
