Bassetti's Crooked Arbor Gardens

We have cultivated our display gardens and specialty nursery since 1983, establishing over four decades of horticultural expertise in Woodinville, Washington. Our three-acre property, lovingly developed by Leanette Bassetti and her husband Bill Berleman, has been described by friends as a 'slice of heaven.' We maintain several distinct garden spaces, including a serene Japanese garden, a spectacular perennial border, a woodland garden featuring our signature crooked arbor, and a large vegetable garden with espaliered fruit trees. Our retail nursery specializes in dwarf conifers, alpine plants, container plants, and select trees, reflecting our deep, specialized knowledge of these unique botanical categories. We offer outstanding private sculptures by well-known artists thoughtfully placed throughout the grounds, merging horticulture with fine art. Our gift shop provides carefully chosen, creative garden items, including accessories, tables, and chairs, to enhance our clients' outdoor living spaces.

We share our experience through intimate, hands-on workshops in the garden, such as whimsical bouquet making and plein air painting classes. We are committed to providing a magical, transformative environment that serves as a source of inspiration and learning for our community. We open our beautiful grounds for weddings, receptions, group events, club meetings, and picnic luncheons, offering a truly distinctive venue. Our blog allows us to share tidbits of garden gossip, facts, and fanciful items, extending our connection with visitors beyond the physical garden. We take great pride in our long-standing reputation as both a specialty nursery and a captivating display garden. We invite you to explore our grounds during our open season and discover the richness and diversity we have cultivated for over forty years.
