Former Merrill Lynch financial advisor turned award-winning chef, Meg Walker founded Made by Meg Catering in 2007 after training at Le Cordon Bleu. A Manhattan Beach native and Villanova graduate, she brings culinary expertise from Michelin-starred kitchens to create seasonal menus that have catered over 750 annual events since 2007.

What is your maximum guest capacity?
We can accommodate up to 200 guests for your event.
Can we have open flame candles?
For safety reasons, all candles must be LED or battery-operated.
What time must events conclude?
Music must end by 10:00 PM with all guests departing by 10:30 PM.
Can we use the fountain for floral arrangements?
Floral arrangements are allowed in the fountain but must be removed after the event.
Do you allow pets at ceremonies?
Pets are welcome with a professional handler present for safety.
Can we have our ceremony at La Venta and reception elsewhere?
Yes, our Ceremony Only Package provides two hours of exclusive use for standalone ceremonies.
