We are the Blue Satin Bees, a team of dedicated professionals with a shared mission to make wedding days stress-free and enjoyable, while making a positive impact on the world. Our expertise lies in managing all the intricate details involved in planning a wedding, from coordinating scattered bridal parties to executing last-minute weather plans with grace. We are passionate about providing eco-friendly tips and advice to help couples create sustainable weddings, but rest assured, we approach this with a "crispy" (not "crunchy") mindset.

Our company began as a family-owned business, with Kim and Teresa forming the original team. In 2021, we expanded our hive to include Jumila, Danielle, and Emma. We are excited to meet you and join you on your wedding planning journey!

A high school dream turned reality, Kim has been a wedding planner for 15 years and counting. Her favorite coffee is a decaf hemp milk latte. She enjoys staying connected with friends on Instagram and relaxing with Lana Del Rey's music or watching The Great Gatsby.

Jumila adores wedding days, reveling in the joy of seeing a vision come to life. Her favorite coffee is an iced vanilla chai tea latte. She spends her free time on Instagram and loves listening to music from the 90s, from Mary J Blige to the Backstreet Boys.

Emma's creative side shines as she manages our social media, and she finds great fulfillment in seeing the impact of her work on small business growth. Her favorite coffee is an iced coffee with light mocha. You can find her on Pinterest and listening to 70s rock. Her comfort movie is Moulin Rouge.

Teresa loves helping people have an enjoyable and worry-free wedding day. Her favorite coffee is simple - just coffee with cream. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and listening to 60s and 70s hits. Her comfort food is ice cream.
