Our Love Story

In 1927, Joe and Antoinette Ghiringhelli held their wedding-night dinner at a charming restaurant nestled in the hills of Fairfax. The couple fell so deeply in love with the property that they made a promise to each other, vowing that one day, they would own it. Their dream became a reality in 1937, and to celebrate, Joe planted a grove of redwood trees, giving life to our now-iconic "Enchanted Forest." Today, Deer Park Villa proudly carries on the legacy of love and commitment that defined the beginning of this enchanting story.
