Are there any hidden costs?
Pricing is fully transparent with only two potential additional fees: travel beyond 50-mile radius or extended coverage at $200/hour, both discussed upfront.
What happens if rescheduling is needed?
We offer flexible rescheduling with no additional fees if done with reasonable notice and availability, maintaining deposits for new dates when possible.
How are associate team members trained?
